Right out of the glass with aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, and raspberry jam. Meaty flavors of seared flank steak, black and green peppercorns, and dried provencal herbs. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and juicy. Soft and approachable with a long-lasting finish. Very approachable and will be versatile with food.
